I can't access any https site or login to secure sites how do I fix this?

1. Click Start
2. Click Run
3. Type "regsvr32 wintrust.dll" without qoutes
4. Click OK
5. Click OK when the popup comes up.

6. Click Start
7. Click Run
8. Type "regsvr32 initpki.dll" without qoutes
9. Click OK
10. Click OK when the popup comes up.

11. Click Start
12. Click Run
13. Type "regsvr32 softpub.dll" without qoutes
14. Click OK
15. Click OK when the popup comes up.
