My internet is slow, how do I fix it?

1. Check your phone line with a hand set to make sure there is no static on the line. Static will kick you off the internet and make your internet connection crawl.
2. Make sure you have no viruses or spyware. Both viruses and spyware can interfere with your internet settings and redirect where you are trying to go. We recommend for spyware Ad-Aware and Spy-bot Search & Destroy and for Anti-Virus F-Prot. Remember keep them updated!
3. Purchase a V.92 modem. V.92 is the latest standard in Dialup. The compression rate is higher, so pages will load faster. Check out more information on what V.92 can do!
