TIS Customer FAQ
I need to change my phone number to dial to your service. How do I do that?
Do not change this number until after August 26th, 2005. It will NOT work until after this date.
If you want to start from scratch, please select your operating system: Windows 98/ME/200 or Windows XP
To only change the number:
1. Open Internet Explorer
2. At the top, click on Tools then Internet Options
3. The Internet Options box should come up. There will be tabs at the top, click on Connections
4. You should see TIS or Tah-usa in the middle box. Click on which ever one has (Default) next to it, then click Settings...
5. Towards the bottom of the box, you will see Properties. Click the Properties button.
6. There you will see the phone number: change it to 2071773.
7. Click OK 3 times.
8. Close Internet Explorer and open it. It should now connect to Xtreme Internet instead.
