1. Click on Internet Explorer.

2. Go to Tools, then Internet Options..

3. Click on the tab that says Connections. If there is anything inside the middle box such as your old ISP, click on the name, and then click Remove. Do this until there is nothing left in the middle box. Once that's finished, click on Setupin the top right-hand corner.

4. There will be three options. Select “I want to set up my Internet connection manually…” and click Next.

5. On this page, “I connect through a phone line and modem” should be selected. Click Next.

6. It will now ask for the Phone number. It is 207-1773 (the dash is not needed). The check box that says “Dial using the area code and country code” needs to be Unchecked. Click Next.

7. Enter the user name and password and then click Next.

8. Under Connection name it will say “connect to 2071773”. Replace that with Xtreme Internet (it is not case sensitive or have to have a space). Click Next

9. From here there are 2 things it could say:

a) It could say: “Completing the Internet Connection Wizard”. If it says completing, just click finish and you're done.

b) It could ask if you want to set up an email account now, to set up an email account with Outlook Express, click Yes, then Next.

If you choose to set up the email using Outlook Express, please refer to the Outlook Express Setup pages at the Xtreme Internet Help Desk and skip to step 4. If you do not want to set up your email now, click No then Next and you should get the page shown on A.
